Learning, sharing, and recharging – all in one day

The Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists) Study Day at Kettering Park Hotel and Spa

Kevin (my husband, and the operations expert behind Just For Tummies) and I recently attended the ARCH (The Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists) Study Day at Kettering Park Hotel and Spa.

This annual event is always such a valuable opportunity to attend the members-only AGM. I’m pleased to report that ARCH is going from strength to strength, with two new ARCH-approved colon hydrotherapy training schools opening this year.

For us, attending this event is a fantastic chance to connect with peers, refresh our knowledge, hear directly from experts shaping the future of colon hydrotherapy, and speak with our colon hydrotherapy therapist customers, many of whom stock our range of supplements in their clinics.

We didn’t attend last year, and it had been a long time since we’d been to a Study Day – life kept getting in the way with Dad’s passing, Mum’s illness, the arrival of grandchildren, and running the business.

Returning this year felt wonderful! The Annual AGM and Study Day did not disappoint, featuring an inspiring line-up of speakers, engaging demonstrations, interactive sessions, and a wide variety of exhibitors. It was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect, learn, and celebrate the community. From endocrinology and women’s health to practical workshops on lymphatics, yoga, Ayurvedic approaches, and clinical self-care, there truly was something for everyone.

The delegate bags, sponsored by Just For Tummies, were packed with free samples, all carefully selected to support gut health. And there was plenty of time to connect with colleagues, enjoy lunch, and take part in reflective breakout groups.

Our colourful Just For Tummies stand was a real hit with delegates. Many of them are long-standing customers, and it was lovely to catch up with them in person. We also had the chance to meet new ARCH members, share the story behind Just For Tummies, and explain our unique, evidence-backed supplement protocols for supporting IBS, bloating, constipation, acid reflux, and more.

We came away buzzing with the energy of it all, inspired by the enthusiasm of the delegates, and already resolved to attend next year’s Study Day – come what may!
