Knowledge is power when it comes to your health, especially the health of your gut. In the Plan, I look at why you need to heal your gut, how the damage may have occurred and ways to heal and repair that damage through diet, supplementation and lifestyle recommendations.
Most of the protocols I recommend are 30 days in length. Not everyone will see immediate results and it can often take longer than 30 days for symptoms to improve, especially for those with more severe gut dysfunction, so I urge you to be patient on this journey.
