Stop painful Irritable Bowel Syndrome
IBS – you don’t have to ‘just live with it’
This is the most detailed of all my fact sheets and brochures to date. Some might say it’s virtually a ‘complete guide’ to Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). I wouldn’t go that far, but my desire is to provide explanations and answers to questions such as, ‘What is IBS? What causes it? What resolves it?’
One of my many missions is to raise greater awareness around all aspects of digestive and gut health, and so I felt it was important to include some background information about IBS, and why it simply isn’t acceptable to be told that ‘you just have to live with it’.
IBS is a condition that has many ‘layers’ and requires comprehensive diagnosis that begins with checking the medical symptoms and then digging a lot deeper. I liken the complexity of IBS to a series of ‘dots’ and in my guide, you can read how when we start to join up these dots, a treatment protocol that considerably reduces and often eliminates symptoms can be recommended, allowing you to reclaim your health.
IBS is a useful umbrella term, but each person will have a unique experience of the condition and present with their own unique set of symptoms, which may include bloating, abdominal pain, irregular bowel movements as well as secondary symptoms such as fatigue, headaches, skin problems, and low mood (to name just a few).
I want to empower those of you with IBS to look at your condition from a different perspective because when you peel back the layers, you get to the root cause of the issue, and once that is identified, your symptoms can be dramatically improved, dare I say, in some cases, completely eliminated!
This is what Louise had to say when she took steps to manage her IBS by addressing her gut health.
“I decided to buy Linda’s 30-day Perfect Balance Kit because I’ve suffered with constipation and IBS for many years. I used to go to the loo to poo every 3 to 4 days, but since using the supplements in the Kit, I go every day. Another benefit has been my skin has cleared up (I used to get acne quite badly during my periods). It’s amazing what a difference these supplements have made in only a couple of weeks. Highly recommended!”
If you feel a little overwhelmed by the length of this guide, feel free to cut to the chase and just read through my tips and suggestions on how to manage the condition and reduce symptoms. You will find a wealth of dietary and lifestyle advice as well as a number of natural treatment protocols.
