Manage Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis better with our free advice
Learn about natural, effective ways to reduce IBD flare-ups
I put together this fact sheet on the two most common Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD), Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s Disease, as the number of people being diagnosed with these debilitating inflammatory bowel disorders is on the increase. There’s little wonder this is happening, with the change in people’s eating habits, the increase in antibiotic usage, the increase in gut infections and the increase in stress – these all increase the risk of getting IBD.
Don’t assume that IBD is a disease that just affects older people. These diseases are affecting more and more younger people, with a number of them suffering so much that the only recourse to save their life, following intestinal perforations and sepsis, is to have surgery to have parts, or all of their bowel removed and live the rest of their lives with a colostomy bag.
Personally, I think this is tragic when so much can be done to help prevent these diseases from becoming so life-threatening and life-changing.
My name is Linda, and I have been a natural health therapist for over 28 years, specialising in digestive and gut health. I run a busy natural health clinic in Nottingham, and I’m the founder of Just For Tummies, the UK’s only supplement range dedicated to helping people who have digestive, gut and bladder problems.

There is so much that can be done to improve and, in some cases, completely resolve the symptoms, once you have the knowledge, and I want to help you achieve this. This is what Deborah had to say:
“Excellent advice and tailored supplements are helping me to live nearly symptom free – amazing.”
