Are you embracing clean eating or exploring vegan options this January? If so, you’re not alone! This month, I’ve committed to a healthier lifestyle by giving up alcohol (though I didn’t indulge much over Christmas – just the odd glass of champagne and a truly delightful New Zealand Marlborough). Alongside that, I’m cutting out caffeine, gluten, and all processed foods, while also getting back into the gym. To kickstart my reset, I completed our 5-day Charcoal cleanse, which I like to do seasonally; it’s a great way to get your digestive health back on track.

I’ve also taken on the challenge of a digital detox – a bold move given that my business revolves around an e-commerce website! I’ve uninstalled several apps from my phone and am making a conscious effort to be more present. The constant digital ‘noise’ can be overwhelming, and I often find myself longing for the simpler days before smartphones, or even the internet, when life felt more grounded and connected. It’s not easy, but it’s been rewarding to carve out a little more calm amidst the chaos.

As we work through what feels like the longest month of the year, it’s natural for those healthy resolutions to start feeling like hard work. That’s why it’s important to keep things exciting, especially when it comes to food.
