As we welcome 2025, let us take a moment to wish you a very Happy New Year and thank you for your continued support of our family business throughout 2024. It’s been such a privilege to help so many of you on your journey to better health, whether that was through recommending one of our supplements, a product from another company, or even referring you to a complementary therapy practitioner or, when necessary, advising you to consult your GP.

We value your trust and engagement, and we’re excited to continue supporting your health in the year ahead.

Our exciting plans for 2025

January is already buzzing with activity at Just For Tummies. Here are just some of the highlights:

  • A special interview with Rosalyn Palmer: A favourite within our community, Ros will be discussing her ‘Reset Your Life in 7 Days‘ mini e-book. She’ll delve into her ‘5 Fs’ – faith, fitness, friends and family, finance, and fun – and how these pillars can help you create a balanced, fulfilling life.
  • Delicious, wholesome, plant-based recipes: To help get your 2025 eating habits on track, friend and talented chef, Heather Moncrieff, has shared her Indian Bliss Pâté recipe, perfect if you are looking to add exciting, healthy options to your diet this winter. Keep your eyes peeled for the recipe landing soon!
  • A shiny new website launching in spring: We’re putting the final touches on our brand-new website, designed to make your experience even better.
  • A teaser for spring: We can’t reveal too much yet, but we’re working on something specifically for women who are peri-menopausal, menopausal, or post-menopausal. Stay tuned – it’s going to be big!

Winter wellness tips

During the colder months, I rely on a few trusted supplements to keep my immune system strong. I believe in cultivating long-term health habits rather than making fleeting New Year’s resolutions. That’s why my husband, Kevin and I have committed to a healthier lifestyle – not just for ourselves, but to be the best versions of ourselves for our grandchildren.

This year, we recommend focusing on consistent habits over quick fixes. Whether it’s eating well, staying active, or prioritising rest, it’s the little things that add up over time to create a healthier, happier you.

We look forward to supporting you through the challenges and joys of 2025.
