We’re excited to share this recipe inspired by my visit to the Viva Mayr clinic in 2024. This Smooth Avocado and Quark Dip is one of the recipes I came back home with after my reset in 2024; it’s super easy to make and it’s a perfect reflection of the Mayr food and nutrition philosophy.
