How to take
The Kit comes with full instructions, but as a reminder, take your Perfect Balance products as follows:
- Take two Live Bacteria capsules before breakfast
- Take one Garlic tablet with breakfast
- Take one Digestive Enzymes tablet immediately before lunch
- Take one Omega 3 capsule with lunch
- Take one Digestive Enzymes tablet immediately before dinner
- Take one Garlic tablet with your dinner
