How to take
- Take two tablets with a large glass of water, half an hour before food. We prefer not to put a coating on our Fibre tablets so that they break up quickly in the gut. This can make them feel dry in the mouth, so swallow with a large glass of water immediately.
- Do not exceed the recommended intake.
- Ensure tamper-evident seal is unbroken before consuming.
- Store in a cool, dry place, out of sight and reach of children.
