Just finished the first month of this supplement and I’m so happy with them. They appear large however even though I struggle to swallow some pain relief tablets, these have been totally fine. I’ve suffered with winter arthritis in my fingers for 10 years, and someone suggested I take these Omega 3 Capsules.
Since starting taking them the inflammation and pain has reduced to nothing; but I don’t know if its the Capsules or the warmer spring temperature that’s reduced the inflammation and pain.
