A. With the exception of our super-high-strength fish oil capsules, all our Just For Tummies products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Q. Where are your products made?
A. All Just For Tummies products are made in the UK, but we do source the ingredients from many different parts of the world. For example, our fish oil comes from a sustainable source of herrings and anchovies in the deep pacific ocean, our fibre comes from Holland and our charcoal powder is made in Ireland from coconut shells.

Q. Do your Live Bacteria probiotic capsules need to be refrigerated?
A. No. Just keep them in a cool dark place, out of direct sunlight.
Q. Can I take your Live Bacteria probiotics if I’m pregnant?
A. Yes. In fact, we would actively encourage you to take a daily live bacteria capsule whilst pregnant to support your digestive and immune system and that of your baby.
Q. I’m going to India for a holiday. Can you recommend the most important products I need to take to help prevent delhi belly?
A. Yes. Do consider taking our Travel Survival Kit, that contains our live bacteria capsules, digestive enzyme tablets, garlic tablets and tummy tea pyramids. These supplements will help support your digestive system and gut, protecting it from long-haul air travel, and changes in water and unfamiliar food.
Q. Where can I find the full list of ingredients in your products?
A. You will find a full list of ingredients on the reverse of the product pots on the individual shop pages. You can find an example here.
Q. Can I take your supplements if I’m taking medication?
A. The only one of our supplements we would advise caution against taking would be the Omega 3 fish oil capsules, if you are taking blood-thinning medication like Warfarin. This is because fish oils can act as a natural blood-thinner. However, we would recommend that you seek the advice of your GP or Pharmacist about any new supplement you may want to take, if you are currently taking medication.
