If you watched my video discussion with the highly engaging clinical hypnotherapist, Ros Palmer, you will have heard her mention Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), a powerful, fast and effective therapy that she is trained in. Keen to learn more about RTT myself, Ros kindly offered to share a free recorded session with me – and, in turn, I would like to share it with you; it’s particularly fitting as we mark Mental Health Awareness this month.
You can listen to it here:
What is RTT?
Simply put – RTT takes issues that have been holding you back for years, lets you view them from a different perspective, understand them and release them.
It helps break unwanted habits and enables people to achieve exceptional results in overcoming depression, anxiety, fears, phobias and lack of confidence. It also produces exceptional results for athletes, actors, artists and success in business.
RTT combines uniquely the most effective, scientific, and proven components of hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Psychology) and psychotherapy to create extraordinary results. It was developed by world-renowned hypnotherapist Marisa Peer after a 30-year career in which she helped thousands of people worldwide to overcome their issues.
Ros was personally invited by Marisa to train on her pioneer course seven years ago, becoming one of the first Rapid Transformational Therapists in the world and one of the first coaches and RTT mentors.
If, like so many people these days, you have a mental, physical or other anxiety-inducing issue that you cannot seem to shift, then why not give RTT a go?
Please enjoy this free recording that Ros has shared. Through a very relaxing process (like a deep level of meditation or relaxation) you will go to a deeper, very relaxed level of yourself. Ros guides you into this place, safely and easily. It’s a perfectly natural state of inward focus. This heightened focus means that your mind is more in control, not less, as it has narrowed down, and it is cutting out the chatter and distractions around you.
It’s powerful stuff!
